About Regan

Founder. Inspired by her father and his love for health and fitness after his first heart attack, Regan received her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Wellness. While she was a corporate wellness director in Chicago, she was emotionally moved by the 9/11 events, and began volunteering at a local rehabilitation center and returned to school receiving her Masters in Occupational Therapy. As an occupational therapist, Regan worked with children and adults and helping them achieve the most in their activities of daily life. Regan is also a self published author of 7 books inspired by her work, her family, but above all, her faith.

When her father suddenly died, she left a picture from her family at the burial site, and when it blew away it hurt. Her father’s words echoed in her heart, “When you see a problem, you fix it.” Her creation of The Visit Box was therapeutic during her mourning and grieving journey, and turned into grief and life coaching that can help others as well during their life journeys.
